Some Weight Fluctuation is Normal
At the start of the Transition Plan, you may see the scale drop a few pounds and then move back up to your goal weight, or you may see it even increase by a few pounds. As you move out of the fat-burning state, your fluid levels shift back into muscle tissue, which may cause a slight increase in your scale reading. Don’t worry, these changes are temporary and over time your weight will stay more consistent.
