Medifast Snacks
In addition to the 5 Medifast Meals and 1 Lean & Green Meal, you may have one Medifast-approved snack per day. Medifast-approved snacks include Medifast Fast Soups (Delicate Chicken, Robust Tomato and Savory Beef), Medifast Crackers, Medifast Soy Crisps, three celery stalks, two dill pickle spears, one cup of bouillon, one sugar-free Popsicle, or one cup of sugar-free Jell-O.
In addition, you may have up to five pieces of either sugar-free gum or mints per day.
Note: Medifast snacks are not to be used in place
of Medifast Meals.
